About Us

Brooke Endris joined our team as the Community Manager of Lat Twenty7 Townhomes in January 2022, bringing over 17 years of multifamily housing experience! Brooke is a talented manager who enjoys hosting resident events, beautifying her community, and making everyone feel at home.

Throughout Brooke's career she’s been the recipient of many awards including the prestigious Gold Medallion Award and Leasing Consultant of the Year. She's been nominated for Community Manager of the Year multiple times in Corpus Christi and has received the award for Best Landscaping at the industry award ceremony, as well as our company Excellence Award in 2022.

She's an avid Elvis fan who loves spending time with her family and friends, fur babies, boating, decorating her home and volunteering. Her favorite quote is "Enjoy the little things in life, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things", by Robert Brault.

Bianca Lehnert is a new team member, joining Lat Twenty7 in the summer of 2023 as the Community Assistant Manager. Bianca brings a wealth of experience with almost a decade in the industry. Bianca loves connecting with people and making them feel at home.

Bianca enjoys yoga, cooking, and vacationing on the river with her family and dogs. Her favorite quote is “Live life in the moment!” Bianca is looking forward to assisting you with your new townhome. Come visit Bianca today!

Raven Ayala is new to our team. She joined Lat Twenty7 as our Leasing Consultant in the fall of 2022. Her favorite part of the job is meeting new people, their pets, and showing off the new property's many amenities.

Raven can sew and enjoys cooking for her family. She spends as much time as possible with her furry friends and loves meeting our resident's fur-babies! Her favorite quote is, "Let kindness be the language of your heart", by Alexandra Vasiliu.

Jacky Pierce joined Lat Twenty7 as a Maintenance Professional in Jun 2023 with almost 20 years of multifamily maintenance experience. Jacky enjoys a challenge and is motivated by the feeling of accomplishment and positive results.

He loves to travel and has visited all 50 states. He loves baseball, rollercoasters, and movies, and his favorite quote is, “Whether you think you can, or think you can’t, either way you are right.” Be sure to say “hi” to Jacky when you move into Lat Twenty7 Townhomes!

Danny has provided professional maintenance service with a specialty in appliances, HVAC, and electrical repair in the surrounding Corpus Christi area for several years. He joined the Lat Twenty7 Townhomes team in July 2023 and enjoys helping and interacting with residents.

Danny enjoys fishing and playing golf in his spare time, and his favorite quote is, "You're the head, not the tail, your above and not beneath" Deuteronomy 28:13.
